King prawns and Smoked Scottish Salmon dressed in a bloody Mary Marie Rose sauce on a bed of tomatoes & lettuce. Served with artisan bloomer bread
Ham hock and piccalilli terrine served with green tomato chutney
Topped with ciabatta croutons and served with artisan bloomer bread
Rich shallots cooked in ale, topped with tart goats cheese on a flaky puff pastry base
Served with creamy dauphinoise potatoes, wilted baby spinach & topped with a rich bordelaise sauce
