Brunch Menu at The Springfield Inn

Join us at The Springfield Inn for the most important meal of the day – brunch! It’s the perfect excuse to get together for a catch up with friends and family over selection of beautiful, brunch-worthy food and drinks.

Maybe a Full English will take your fancy… featuring British pork sausages, bacon, hash browns, Paris brown mushrooms, free-range fried egg and more… Or perhaps our light and fluffy buttermilk pancakes or tasty Eggs Benedict are more to your taste?

Whatever you choose, our expert chefs have worked hard to create a delicious menu with something for everyone – you really will be spoilt for choice. Don’t forget to pair your dishes with a hot drink or a refreshing juice to quench your thirst, too.

Brunch is served Monday to Saturday 9am to 12pm, and on Sunday from 9am to 11.30am.
