Located in Allesley, The White Lion is perfect if you’re looking to get away from the bigger cities. It’s located around 15 minutes from Cardiff via Brownshill Green Road and Radford Road, and not far from the villages of Corley and Fillongley via the B4098.

Love the outdoors? The old centre of Allesley is a conservation area and there is a network of rural footpaths to enjoy.

Head to Allesley Park or drive down to olde worlde Coventry, where you will find cobbled streets and a modern shopping precinct. Experience Coventry's history and visit the cathedral where you will see the old and new Cathedral side-by-side. 

Or why not visit the Transport Museum or the City Gates, Swanswell Gate and Cook Street Gate, the last remaining two of an original twelve gatehouses that once punctuated Coventry’s medieval city wall. They are framed by the delightful gardens of the late Lady Herbert: a ‘flowery oasis in central Coventry'…and then head to the White Lion for a pint or delicious dish!
