You could start with our Smoked Salmon & King Prawn Duo, filling flaky salmon with a delicate herb mousse, partnered with a light king prawn cocktail. Then decide – is our tender Black Angus Beef Wellington or our crispy Pan-Roasted Halibut calling your name on Christmas Day?
